以不同配比的乙二醇(EG)/水溶液作溶剂, 用初湿含浸法制备了Co粒子尺寸分别为6、8、12、19 nm 的Co/SiO2模型催化剂. 采用N2物理吸附、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、程序升温脱附(TPD)、漫反射红外光谱(DRIFTS)、程序升温表面反应(TPSR)等表征和微分固定床反应器费托(F-T)反应评价实验, 考察了Co粒子尺寸对F-T反应性能的影响. 评价结果显示随着Co粒子尺寸的增大, CO转化率降低, 表观TOF在Co粒子尺寸为8 nm时出现高点. TPD和DRIFTS研究结果表明: 较小的Co粒子对CO的吸附和解离能力较强, 其表面碳物种会覆盖部分表面活性位, 使有效反应位点减少; 较大Co粒子对CO的吸附能力较弱, 表面C*较易脱附及CO*/Cos比例较高, 导致催化剂加氢能力减弱, CO2的选择性增高. 当Co粒子尺寸为8 nm左右时, COads和C*在Co粒子表面吸附强度适中并且比例恰当, 使得催化剂表现出较高的F-T活性和产物选择性.  相似文献

固体电解质不存在易燃等安全问题, 发展固态锂电池技术是解决液体电解质锂电池安全问题的根本途径. 随着社会对大体积锂离子电池需求的增长以及人们对电池的安全性关注度的日益提高, 发展固态锂离子电池已迫在眉睫. 制备性能良好的全固态锂电池的关键在于获得高室温离子导电率的固体电解质以及在电极与电解质之间形成良好的接触面. 大量的研究集中在制备高室温导电率的固体电解质, 目前已经制备出能与液体电解质相媲美的高室温导电率的固体电解质, 但固态锂电池的高倍率性能仍然较差, 原因是在电极与固体电解质的界面处具有较高的阻抗. 关于固态锂电池电极与电解质界面的研究文章相对较少. 本文简要介绍了一些具有高室温导电率的氧化物及硫化物电解质, 着重分析了全固态锂电池电极与电解质界面处具有高阻抗的原因以及减少界面阻抗的界面改性方法.  相似文献

CD4 +T淋巴细胞是人体免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)的主要感染细胞,慢性HIV感染者逐渐耗尽CD4 +T淋巴细胞,使免疫系统变弱,导致获得性免疫缺陷综合症(AIDS),因此,CD4 +T淋巴细胞的数量对HIV/AIDS的诊断和治疗至关重要。全球范围内HIV/AIDS正处于快速增长期,现有的CD4 +T淋巴细胞计数检测方法由于仪器昂贵、操作复杂、检测成本高,不利于疾病诊疗的普及与推广。为实现低成本、方便、快捷的临床检测,基于微流控芯片的CD4 +T淋巴细胞计数检测方法与技术的研究正日益受到人们的重视。本文在回顾传统CD4 +T淋巴细胞检测方法的基础上,综述、归纳了基于微流控芯片的CD4 +T淋巴细胞计数方法,在全面分析其技术特点的基础上,进一步评述了其综合性能、适用范围、及典型优缺点。最后,本文针对基于微流控芯片的CD4 +T淋巴细胞计数检测技术的发展趋势及商业化应用前景进行了讨论和展望。  相似文献

This study is designed to systematically investigate how various factors, such as treatment duration, output power, oxygen gas flux, jet to substrate distance, and moisture regain, influence atmospheric pressure plasma etching rate of polyamide 6 (PA 6) films. The etching rate increased as the output power, oxygen gas flux, and moisture regain increased. As the treatment time increased, the etching rate increased first and then decreased. When the substrate was too close or too far from the nozzle, the etching rate was almost not measurable. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) show an increased surface roughness after the plasma treatment. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) shows a decreased carbon content and an increased oxygen content after the plasma treatment. T-peel strength shows an improved bonding strength between the PA 6 films and an adhesive tape after the plasma treatment.  相似文献

围绕高分辨率对地观测实时成像需求,研究了地球静止轨道分布式卫星光综合孔径相机的能耗情况和空间频谱(u,v)覆盖情况.从静止轨道卫星动力学特性出发,分析了在天底对地观测和斜向对地观测两种情况下,维持分布式卫星编队飞行组成的光综合孔径阵列的收集器卫星的能耗情况,并给出仿真计算结果;从高质量成像需求出发,研究了实时成像情况下,对地面天底观测和对地面纬度为20°情况下的斜向观测两种情况下,不同时刻的(u,v)覆盖变化情况.研究方法和研究成果也可以扩展应用到其他天基轨道(如低轨道、深空探测轨道)的不同波段(如毫米波、微波)的综合孔径成像情况,对于发展中国空间对地观测高分辨率成像遥感等,具有重要的参考价值.  相似文献

To investigate the pigments and decoration applied to a wood‐based lacquer painting screen from the tomb of Si‐ma Jin‐long, Shanxi Province, central China, made by Chinese craftsmen in the 5th century, a combination of micro‐Raman spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), wavelength dispersive X‐ray fluorescence (WDXRF), and microscopic examination was used. The obtained results are as follows: (1) the black, yellow, and red colors are identified as carbon black, orpiment and realgar, and cinnabar, respectively, by using micro‐Raman spectroscopy. The FTIR result shows that the white pigment filled in the leaves is not lead white, as assumed in the literature, but gypsum. Whether lead white was used at other locations remains unanswered and requires more samples for further work; (2) the thickness of each discernable pigment layer, as observed under the microscope, is approximately equal and the differences among them are small, suggesting a superfine painting skill; besides, a noticeable smooth interface between wood and the red grounding substance indicates that a polishing process might have been applied before the painting; (3) the red background was proved to contain cinnabar, but further FTIR analyses found no evidence for the presence of Chinese wood oil; and (4) the most interesting finding, rarely reported before, is that white grains of different sizes are found in both pigment layers and the grounding substance, which are perhaps an intentional addition. Further, in situ XRF and Raman analyses indicate that they are sourced from hydroxyapatite, coming probably from the intentional addition of animal bone ash to the lacquer. But how such a process could be finished and what purpose it served have not yet been answered. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the influences of time pressure on long-range correlations in heart rate variability (HRV), the effects of relaxation on the cardiovascular regulation system and the advantages of detrended fluctuation analysis (DFA) over the conventional power spectral analysis in discriminating states of the cardiovascular systems under different levels of time pressure. Volunteer subjects (n=10, male/female=5/5) participated in a computer-mouse task consisting of five sessions, i.e. baseline session (BSS) which was free of time pressure, followed by sessions with 80% (SS80), 100% (SS100), 90% (SS90) and 150% (SS150) of the baseline time. Electrocardiogram (ECG) and task performance were recorded throughout the experiments. Two rest sessions before and after the computer-mouse work, i.e. RS1 and RS2, were also recorded as comparison. HRV series were subsequently analyzed by both conventional power spectral analysis and detrended fluctuation analysis (DFA). The long-term scaling exponent α2 by DFA was significantly lower in SS80 than that in other sessions. It was also found that short-term release of time pressure had positive influences on the cardiovascular system, i.e. the α2 in RS2 was significantly higher than that in SS80, SS100 and SS90. No significant differences were found between any two sessions by conventional power spectral analysis. Our results showed that DFA performed better in discriminating the states of cardiovascular autonomic modulation under time pressure than the conventional power spectral analysis.  相似文献
